CLARA CLAIRBERT (SAINT GILLES, BELGIUM, 21 FEBRUARY, 1899 – BRUSSELS, BELGIUM, 16 AUGUST, 1970)

She studied in Brussels and made her debut in 1924 at the Théâtre de la Monnaie as Olympia in Les contes d’Hoffmann. She performed there until 1928 and returned for the 1939-1952 seasons.
