Description
ZLATKO TOPOLSKI (VALPOVO, 29 SEPTEMBER, 1914 – VIENNA, 17 FEBRUARY, 1979)
He studied in Osijek and Zagreb (V. Huml), until 1938 he worked as concert master of the orchestra of the Croatian National Theater and the Zagreb Philharmonic, and then in Belgrade, Zurich and Buenos Aires. From 1955 he was the concertmaster of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra. He taught at the conservatory in Córdoba (Argentina), and played in chamber ensembles in Zagreb, Vienna and elsewhere, with which he recorded gramophone records (works by A. Schönberg, JN Hummel, etc.).
