FERDINANDO AVEDANO (CUNEO, 15 SEPTEMBER, 1863 – MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, 3 FEBRUARY 1921)
He studied singing at the Liceo Musicale in Torino and made his debut in 1890 at the Teatro Comunale in Vicenza as Pollione in Norma. In 1899, he went to the United States, where he became a well-known dramatic tenor, frequently appearing with the baritone Gaudenzio Salassa. Around 1906, he likely transitioned to the baritone repertoire, although he continued to appear mainly in concerts. After retiring from the stage, he taught singing in San Francisco and frequently organized concerts featuring his pupils. He made a few recordings for Edison.

ENRICO PIGNATARO (MILAN, 1866 – ? 1939)
He made his debut in 1892 at the Teatro Sannazzaro in Naples in Carmen. He then appeared in various Italian theaters, including Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Teatro Verdi in Pisa, Teatro Comunale in Siracusa, and Teatro Comunale in Salerno. In 1902 and during the 1906-1907 season, he toured Eastern European countries with great success, performing in cities such as Minsk, Smolensk, Kursk, Kharkov, and Tashkent. He was active internationally, singing in Cairo, Spain, the United States, and Argentina. He continued his career into the 1930s.

He made his debut in 1892 at Moncalvo in Favorita. A light baritone, he preferred to devote himself to buffo roles. He died when the steamship Sussex was torpedoed by the Germans while crossing the English Channel, returning from a season in Holland.
