Description
LILIANE GARNIER (DIJON, FRANCE, 13 SEPTEMBER 1932 – QUEBEC, CANADA, 7 JANUARY, 2024)
She was awarded a Prix d’Honneur in 1953. The same year she won the ‘Grand Prix des Jeunesses Musicales de France’, and was invited to give performances in twelve countries.
In 1961 she moved to Canada and teached at the Conservatoire in Quebec. Liliane Garnier was a soloist with the Quebec Symphony Orchestra from 1967 to 1993.
