Alessandro Genesini was a recording violinist in the early 20th century, likely active in Italy or Europe, performing both classical repertoire and popular instrumental pieces of that era.

He is documented as having appeared in concert at the Teatro Comunale di Cesena, where he performed violin repertoire together with his sister, Augusta Genesini. Contemporary theatrical chronicles record his participation in a program that included Beverie e Burlesche by Tirindelli, a work typical of the salon and character repertoire popular at the time.
