It is likely that she made her debut in 1925 at the Teatro Carcano in Milan. She married the tenor Silvio Costa Lo Giudice (1896-1982), and together they built a remarkable career. In 1928, she performed at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples in the premiere of Riccardo Zandonai’s opera Giuliano.

Her engagements at Teatro alla Scala in Milan included notable performances such as Vivetta in Francesco Cilea’s L’Arlesiana and Elisetta in Domenico Cimarosa’s Il matrimonio segreto in 1936. The following year, in 1937, she and her husband embarked on a tour through Holland, further establishing their international reputation.

In 1942, she returned to Teatro alla Scala to perform in Luigi Cherubini’s Le Due Giornate. Even after World War II, she continued her career, and in 1951, she made a guest appearance in Paris, maintaining her presence on the European opera scene.
