BENJAMIN BEN DAVIES (PONTARDAWE, SWANSEA, 6 JANUARY, 1858 – BATH, BRISTOL, 28 MARCH, 1943)

 

 

 

 

He was a pupil of Alberto Randegger in London. In 1879, he gave his first concert in Dublin. He made his debut in 1881 as a member of the Carl Rosa Opera Company in Birmingham, performing in Balfe’s The Bohemian Girl.
