CHERNIAVSKY TRIO
The Cherniavsky trio was founded in Uman, Ukraine in 1901 by the Cherniavsky family and continued until 1934. After their farewell concert in Salt Lake City, the trio disbanded. In 1958 it started again for a one-time tour through South Africa, but could not build on its previous success.
